This shows gas flow through Elitetech’s modified RB26DETT ‘TWIN TURBO’ pipe.There is a stream of grey smoke being flowed through the rear turbo and orange smoke flowed through the front turbo. The two gas flows remain seperated for longer, due to the addition of a baffle plate inside the cast pipe.This results in a smoother power delivery and elimination of turbo shuffle.See my other video of Nissan’s standard pipe which demonstrated the concern.
If you have a twin turbo Nissan Skyline GT-R with the OEM pipe, and you don’t do this modification, then you are throwing away some horsepower and driveability.
